We can provide facility layout services with AutoCAD. It is a whole lot easier and cheaper moving heavy machines around on a computer screen than with a rigging crew. We can create your facilities floor plan and recreate your equipments foot print and required clearances. We can then place the equipment into the floor plan and manipulate the position of that equipment within thousandths of an inch if necessary.
Not only does this save time by ensuring that a piece of equipment will fit in a specific location properly, but the precise positioning capabilities of this system allow you to install any utilities, drains, or other support items before the equipment is in place.
This system can be used to help you analyze work flow to assist you in designing a lean operating facility.
